Today we are looking at our final VR Porn site review for a while. I have done quite a few recently, and need some time to take stock. Before we go on a small review hiatus, we want to bring you our Virtual Real Porn review. This is a site I have been interested in for a while and wanted to try out. I recently got the chance to do so, and want to share my experiences with you here.

What is Virtual Real Porn?
Virtual Real Porn hail from Europe, like quite a few other VR porn studios. However, unlike a lot of them which come from the Eastern part of Europe, Virtual Real Porn are from Spain originally. They really are the Granddaddy’s of VR porn, as they had their first scenes out in 2014! Yes, you read that right….2014! So, with all that experience they must be the best right? Well, hopefully we can clear that up in the course of this review 🙂
How much is Virtual Real Porn?
As you can see below, the regular price of 19.99 Euros (22.4 USD) a month is actually pretty competitive in the VR porn world, although the 89.99 Euros (about $100) for a full year not so much. And, as with the Christmas promotions below, it gets even better when it goes on sale. They even have lifetime deals occasionally for limited times during these sales.

How are the download speeds?
As we all know, especially those downloading content, fast servers are a must when it comes to VR porn. I have found that Virtual Real Porn compare favorably with their competition here. They are not at the very top in terms of speed, but not far off. Whilst downloading a 4.4GB file I got constant speeds around the 9-10MB/S range. Pretty decent, considering I am downloading from Asia. This will be more than enough for most people, and won’t leave you waiting around long for downloads to finish. In fact, this rather big file finished downloading in just over 7 minutes, one of the fastest times on record so far 🙂
UPDATE Jan 2021: Unfortunately, Virtual Real Porn have not been able to keep constant high download speeds for me. After using them for a longer period of time, sometimes they are fast and sometimes not so much. Below is a screenshot of a recent download from their site, a 5 gig file that said it was going to take from 30 minutes to one hour to download. I think VRP need to look into making sure all their servers are peak performance!
What do we like?
Variety
Variety of content is a real strong point for Virtual Real Porn. You will find teen, milf and even voyeur content here. Yes, they have started breaking up some content into other sites, but so far this hasn’t had a huge impact on the variety they offer on their ‘straight’ site Virtual Real Porn. Please don’t release a Milf and Teen site guys, or we will end up going down the route of paying multiple subscriptions like some of the competition. Variety is the spice of life, and I like some in my VR porn sites.
Virtual Real Porn also has a good amount of intimate VR porn content, which is great to see. They recently had a double header scene to celebrate their 6 year anniversary. Most VR porn sites would have had a gang bang blow out event, but not them. The first part was entirely an intimate bath scene with an incredibly attractive performer. It is good to see they put weight behind such content.
This variety also extends to the performers they use. They haven’t just stuck to European models, you can also find North Americans in decent amounts on the site as well.
A Free Sampler
Unlike a lot of the competition, Virtual Real Porn offer one full free VR porn scene for you to download/stream and generally try out. This is great, as it gives the opportunity for potential users to try out the content fully. Too many of the competition opt to only have trailers available as teasers, which doesn’t feel enough to me (unless you have a super cheap short term subscription option instead).
Massive Library of Scenes
As Virtual Real Porn have been around such a long time, they have a simply huge library of VR porn scenes for you to choose from. This should keep you busy for quite some time to come 🙂
Easy to Sort and Find Videos
Although the UI and icons used are ugly, the functionality of the Virtual Real Porn website is great. It is easy to search the scenes by category, and then sort by date, title, community rating or length. I found it quick and simple to find the types of videos I wanted.
Tasteful Cross Promotion
Virtual Real Porn do promote other VR porn studios, but they haven’t fallen into the trap some have of overdoing the adverts or even having ‘in your face’ pop up adverts. Instead, they have a few tasteful ads at the top of the page, coupled with a tab you can go to if you are interested in finding these deals. Good job guys, I think you have struck a good balance.
They Know Your Headset!
When you first log into Virtual Real Porn, they ask you to choose the headset you are currently using. This is awesome, because it will only show download options by each scene that match your headset. This means you don’t need to search through all the different download options, and can only see those relevant to you. I have an Oculus Go, and they have several quality options for this headset, so I can get the perfect download in seconds. This is a very unique feature of this site that I really like. And don’t worry, if you change out headsets you can just go to your profile and select a new headset.
What don’t we like?
The Website is a Mess
It looks like they tried to start off with something simplistic, but then kept adding layers until it looks like a big mess 🙂 It’s not terrible, and gets slightly better when viewing in VR, but it certainly isn’t easy on the eye. They do have some clear icons to see the features of each video etc. but these look like they were bought in the latest web developers sale 🙂 Some higher quality and more ‘classy’ looking design wouldn’t go amiss here. It works, but it doesn’t exactly go easy on the eyes right now.
No Place to Discuss
Yes, they have a ‘give us feedback’ option on each scene where you can send a direct message to them about what you think, but no public place to see what others think and discuss. This option would help us users feel more part of a community and that we have a collective voice. At least they do have a voting system which is easy to use and view others voting before you click through to a scene.
No Short Subscription Options
Yes, its is great to have the free porn scene detailed above, but you still have to commit to a whole month when you subscribe. Maybe a short few days subscription would help them get more people through the door. And, once you’ve experienced VR porn, there is no going back!! ha ha .
I expected better quality!
Don’t get me wrong, their quality isn’t bad, but then again it is much harder to find a vr porn studio with bad quality these days. Even the recent WetVR website launch can reach the required standard and then some. As one of the older sites in VR porn, I expected Virtual Real Porn to be up there in terms of clarity, but at this moment in time they are just above average. It doesn’t help them that they seem to like filming too many of their scenes in dark locations. Doesn’t exactly put them in the best light (no pun intended :))
Would we recommend you subscribe to Virtual Real Porn?
Virtual Real Porn stand out as being one of the best providers if you are looking for variety. As they haven’t yet sectioned off popular categories into separate websites, you will find all kinds of videos available. And all for decent price, especially when you consider the subscriptions asked by aggregate providers such as Sex Like Real. And the quality on offer is up to modern VR porn standards, if not at the very top when it comes to clarity.
I personally managed to get a lifetime subscription offer when they had it during one of the holiday sales, and I am very happy working through the massive library they have! And I never need to pay per month again. They don’t call me the “VR Porn Bro” for nothing.
